I've dedicated my long career to teaching people pragmatic skills to effectively manage their lives, with an emphasis on helping families and couples develop stronger, healthier relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
My approach to therapy, what I call "smart psychology", seeks to give people better insight and understanding of their emotions, behaviors, needs, and desires so that they can pursue full lives and relationships. This psychological knowledge can benefit your life in tangible, meaningful ways.
On this website you can learn more about my services and read the first chapter of my parenting book, Why Children Misbehave. New and current patients can also download forms ahead of our sessions.
